These poor beautiful creatures need help. We have rescued them and it appears as if all of these victims are going to live full productive lives although they'll never be what the could have been.

Rescue

This is Artie. Artie came to us so starved that he could not even make the trailer trip. It broke our hearts. We discovered he is crippled. He is now adopted and lives in Decatur with his forever family.

Shilo
This is our Shy boy. Came to us with about 3-5 days to live. The owner had run out of money to feed and was letting him stand starving to death in pasture. We barely got to him in time. He is now a healthy robust horse. His new family are all survivors of many tragic illnesses. He fits right in as a survivor. To have let him slowly die was horrible to see. We did not even put the super graphic pictures on the website. Shilo is so loved and will be with this family FOREVER.

Apollo
Apollo came with the two above horses. He was super thin and rain rot the worst we have seen yet. His skin was literally rotting off his body. He had worms so badly that we had to slowly worm him so that it did not kill him. He is also now in a wonderful, wonderful quality home. She will be showing him so be looking for him!
